Refund policy
Exchanges
We offer one free exchange for size, color, or style. Additional exchanges must cover shipping each way. Contact info@rhizal.co to setup an easy exchange.
International exchanges are responsible for their return shipping.
Exchanges will be accepted at any time as long as still in brand new unworn condition. Exchanges received in worn condition will be subject to fees.
Returns for refund
We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new sellable condition that you received it, unworn and unused, or the refund cannot be honored.
Returns for a refund are shipped at the customer's expense. A 5% restock fee will be removed towards losses from the original shipping, and credit card processing which does not get returned to us. Full store credit is also offered and encouraged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost. Please provide photos to verify the condition as received.
Order cancellations
For cancellations prior to shipping, a 3% fee will be applied to cover the non-returned payment processing fee.
Made-to-order's may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee as production has began. For styles and sizes we generally stock, we will make our best effort to waive this.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund issuance
Please allow 15 business days from your return delivery for your order to be inspected, confirmed to be in new condition, and for the refund to be applied. A refund confirmation email will be sent once processed. After that, timing is dependent on your card or bank processing time.
