Took about two weeks longer than expected, but I was so excited to put them on my bed. They fit great and I was happy to see that they came with a tester so I could make sure my outlet was working properly. I’ve slept on them two nights and both mornings I’ve woke up with no aches and pains. (I’m gonna definitely contribute that to the sheets) now don’t get me wrong through the day I start to have aches and pains again, but both mornings I’ve woke up and it hasn’t been there. I’m happy to be able to leave a review. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased grounding sheets and it’s definitely because they were on this site and I saw them while I was purchasing shoes lol. I am a very poor sleeper, and have tried many hacks to improve my sleep. So far (about two weeks), I have noticed an improvement in my sleep. I’m having a much easier time falling asleep, staying asleep and returning to sleep when I wake up at night. They seem like very solid sheets, you can see the silver threads throughout. I bought two sheets so that when I wash one and hang it dry, I don’t have to wait.

I’ve been wearing them every day since I’ve got them. After reading the comments I ordered two sizes up and they are perfect! Had to get used a little to the ‘holding on’ with my toes in the beginning as they are slip-on’s but now they’ve broken in they hold on to my feet themselves and it just feels like extra skin. They feel so soft to my feet! I absolutely adore them. Lóve the look and the quality. I won’t hide that I’m flirting with getting another pair already, hahah. I love these as much as all the other styles I have purchased! The more I wear them the more I like them. They are beautiful leather and materials, cut, style. If there was one thing I could change it would be that the shoe cage was a bit more small/tight. My feet are big or wide or very small but average and I find that they are a bit looser than I would like and were slipping off of my feet, but adjusted the buckle to the last hole and this helped. But, I love them overall.. so soft, so cute, so quality!

Grounding sheets are woven with conductive silver thread. When connected to a grounded source, the sheet allows your body to remain grounded while you sleep.
Plug into the bottom grounding port of 3-prong outlet. It is important to first test your outlet (other brands charge for this, but we include the outlet safety tester, as it is an important step).
Grounding sheets can also be grounded with a stake in the ground outside, rather than the ground of an indoor outlet. The outdoor Earth grounding stake is sold separately.
If your situation allows, we do encourage outdoor staking.
Hand wash and air dry is ideal for maximum lifespan, but we know that's not always convenient:
Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets, as these can reduce conductivity. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
You might not immediately feel any physical sensation, but they're working on a deeper level. Many do notice deeper sleep, waking more rested, more dreams, or improvements to aches and pains.
