They...read moreAmazing shoes. I love being able to ground. They are so stylish and comfortable, a great summer shoe. Arrived on time. My feet are 9.25” long and I got the womens size 7. They definitely have some room and I could have gone down half a size if I wanted them tight but I like them the way they are. They do rub the back of your heel so you have to break them in and let your foot form a callous. Most of my shoes do that though. The grey ones are a suede type leather so definitely get a different color if you want to easily clean them off or not worry about them in rain.

Sent me another pair that were also the wrong size. I measured them myself and they were adequate for a full size and a half smaller (6.5 or 7 and I ordered and 8 and then a 9). I sent them back and was promised another pair. Never received them and no response- completely ghosted me and took my money

I emailed Rhizal and received a prompt response with guidance on how to return the shoes. We received the second pair of shoes and they were a bit big as well. My daughter re-measured and I emailed again. I received another prompt response and the person was friendly and willing to help. We received the third pair, my daughter absolutely loves the shoes. Says they are very comfortable and wears them all the time. This is a great company to not only order shoes from but to have a no hassle return if the shoes do not fit. I highly recommend Rhizal
