Grounding sheets are woven with conductive silver thread. When connected to a grounded source, the sheet allows your body to remain grounded while you sleep.

Plug into the bottom grounding port of 3-prong outlet. It is important to first test your outlet (other brands charge for this, but we include the outlet safety tester, as it is an important step).

Grounding sheets can also be grounded with a stake in the ground outside, rather than the ground of an indoor outlet. The outdoor Earth grounding stake is sold separately.

If your situation allows, we do encourage outdoor staking.

Hand wash and air dry is ideal for maximum lifespan, but we know that's not always convenient:

Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets, as these can reduce conductivity. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
