What is grounding?
Grounding means making an electrical connection between your body and the Earth. The Nara has a pure copper plug through its leather sole, creating a conductive path when you stand or walk on a conductive ground surface.
The copper connection is one part of the design. The wide toe box, zero-drop heel, and flexible sole are what let your feet move naturally.

The sole is natural water buffalo leather, with a pure copper grounding plug. It is flexible and zero drop, keeping the heel and forefoot level.
How does the copper grounding plug work?
The copper plug runs through the sole, providing a conductive path between your foot and a conductive surface such as soil or grass. Contact with the ground matters; insulating surfaces interrupt that path.
How do I care for my pair?

These are very beautiful shoes and love the wide toes in this ballet style flat. They are very uncomfortable wearing at work though on mainly concrete and some mats. two days in a row was too much! Still learning to adjust with these. Thank you very well made and look fabulous with my dresses!
