I ordered a 10 due to the reviews saying they run small. I am a 9 in most shoes. They were still too small. I reached out thinking I was sent the wrong size. They responded promptly and they said I did receive a 10 and we can do an exchange for an 11. However, because I felt they were not only too small in length but also in width, I replied back to just do a return. I got no response. I waited a couple days and again sent a follow up. I still got no response. When this review email popped up the other day, I even waited to do this as I was hoping to hear back. I think it’s not good to ask for a review before I can even get a customer service response to handle my issue. So, unfortunately, I have to leave this review. I will update if I finally hear back and can get my returned processed.
Unless you are Tony Soprano with giant, baked potato feet and only use them to fetch your newspaper, then these are not for you. This must be the worst designed shoe ever. It was made to slide off your feet, I guess this encourages customers to embrace being truly barefoot? To keep them on takes a huge and goofy effort of shuffling while keeping the slides in constant contact with the ground. Don't wear them outside of your house unless you want to draw attention from the shear volume this scraping noise produces. And, if you do wear them at home, make sure others are not trying to sleep...
I had to size up 2 sizes from my usual shoe size so it took 3 pairs to finally get right. They are honestly the least comfortable shoes I've ever had as they basically don't stay on your foot. I have to shuffle walk for them to not just slip off. And as I paid for 2 different sizes to make sure even the size under the ones that fit aren't comfortable. They are a bad design. They look cool and stylish but that's all.
I received size 9’s and they were a little too short in length and I was able to exchange them for size 10’s and I love them.
Been using them for the past couple days and the functionality of it is amazing. Space for your toes, natural materials and the icing on the cake is that it’s grounded. Highly recommend to anyone considering.
